Vilda Gonzalez is a chef, recipe developer, and writer. I believe that food can be delicious, flavorful, and indulgent, as well as nourishing and inherently healthful. Sourcing with integrity is a non-negotiable. My mission is to rewire our collective relationship to what eating well truly means, through the lens of seasonality, sensuality, and storytelling.

Currently available for private events, weddings, retreats, cooking classes, recipe development, content creation and culinary consulting projects.

I split my time between the Hudson Valley and New York City.
